Good news for Renault owner. New maps for the R-Link Tom Tom Navigation system have just arrived. By following our tutorial you will be able to update the maps for your car easily and fast. This tutorial does not require special tools or programs. Below are listed the countries covered by this version.
To start the update process you will need an empty SD card and a computer. Go and download the Renault R-Link Tom Tom Navigation Maps file. Once you have it insert the SD card and format it even if is it new. Now copy with drag and drop the downloaded file with new maps. When completed eject SD and go in the car. Start the engine and insert the card in your Renault. On the screen the update will be suggested, tap OK to start the installation process. Do not turn the engine off until you see a confirmation message. That’s all, once the confirmation pop-up enjoy the new maps.
